I'm interested.

Chinese mooncakes are traditionally filled with a nut type filling and an egg yolk. I don't like them. There are other fillings too, but my favorite is the red bean. You can find them in a Chinese market or Chinese bakery. Bakery would be much more fresh. The ones I have are from a Chinese bakery in Boston Chinatown; Hing Shing Pastry Inc

Maybe have a run to burn off that extra hiker or two, also.

Oh that's just insensitive and mean.... had my knee replaced a few weeks ago and you tell me to run.....sheesh.......:D

About 11 ago, I tore the meniscus in my left knee, the MD put on crutches and in a rigid knee brace. Mrs Wu (Dr Mrs Wu) was sitting at the kitchen table and said. "I have an idea, we can all start running in the morning for exercise". I looked at her, as I stood there on crutches and wearing the knee brace and said "Really!?".... she looked at me....then got mad at me, and left the kitchen

Well, clearly, you were interfering INTENTIONALLY with her plan to start a family exercise program...:D

I didn't live up to using a fake English accent all day for the last couple of days as I said I would. So suggestions for consequence are needed. I'm truly sorry for letting you all down. :p

Hmm, consequences.... you have to spend 15 minutes of hearing @Revoltingest talking about engines.

Well, we'd probably all have to do that, anyway. :p But... consider yourself punished.

I refuse to listen unless you type that out with a fake English accent

I have no idea what the reference is, so all I think of is the dish...

Maybe its time to make it again. Its been awhile, though last time I made it it was of the eggplant variety.
It is the a reference to the Star Trek Next Generation episode "Masks". The crew encounters and alien artifact (a big alien archive). Exploring it engages the archive and it manifests in the form of alien mythological beings taking control of the Enterprise and crew. Masaka is a mythological queen that takes control of Data. A lot of hijinks and near death, but the Picard and crew overcome it all for the win.
