Britney's situation is fascinating cuz it's an outrageous legal situation.
When government seeks to help someone, it so often goes wrong.

Britney was famous for being a cheap and lesser version of Madonna, and she had a total mental breakdown that I do have to actually the paparazzi was just absolutely horrible to her and did make it that much worse for her.
It's not those Cardashians who nobody knows why they are famous. It's a question with an answer with Britney. Like Michael Jackson. Except he could sing and dance.

I never cared much for Michael Jackson or Madonna. My niece liked Britney Spears, though - along with the Spice Girls.

In my pre-teens and early teens, disco was the big thing - although I also got caught up in the sharp reaction against it. I remember in school, kids would have their own cliques based on what kind of music they listened to (often manifested in what radio station they favored).

Those who liked the station that played Madonna and Michael Jackson music were considered (by our crowd) to be vacuous, shallow, and anti-intellectual. And very much in vogue with right-wing Reaganites and capitalists (at least that's how I viewed them), since MJ was a money-grubber and Madonna was a Material Girl, which made them both symbolic of the changes America was going through at the time.

Weird! Drunk Man, Who Was Reported Missing, Participates In The Search For Himself

It simply won't get any weirdest than this! A 50-year-old man in Turkey, who was reported missing revealed himself to be part of the rescue party looking for him.

Beyhan Mutlu, had been reported missing to authorities by friends in a rural neighbourhood near the Turkish city of İnegöl. His friends said that they had gone drinking before Mutlu ended up wandering off drunkenly into the surrounding woodlands and didn’t return, local news channel NTV reported.

After some time searching, the members of the search party began calling out for the man and shouting his name loudly in the hopes that he’d hear them and respond. That was when one man within the group stepped forward and asked, “Who are we looking for? I’m right here!”.

Baby, do you understand me now
Sometimes I feel a little mad
But don't you know that no one alive
Can always be an angel
When things go wrong
I seem to be bad
But I'm just a soul whose intentions are good
Oh Lord, please don't let me be misunderstood

Well I learned my thing for today. Not everyone likes Michael Jackson.

We too did that. Those who listened to the X station were more cool than most other cliques, lol.

Not surprised. Madonna does have some ugh songs. But she has some really good songs. Michael, maybe it's because my mom grew up with Motown and loves Jackson 5 and Michael Jackson, but I grew up with her telling me their story, including the abuse, so I am surprised to hear that attached to him.

I think my opinion on both Michael and Madonna has somewhat mellowed since then. I did grow up with a good deal of exposure to Motown. My mother was a fan of Peter, Paul, and Mary and quite a few of their albums. But I also recall watching The Monkees TV show, The Archies, The Partridge Family. I think there was a Jackson 5 cartoon at some point, but I only barely remember it.

I think my older brother and his circle of friends may have influenced my tastes toward 60s and 70s era classic rock. However, he never liked the headbanger stuff that I took to in the 80s. Michael Jackson and Madonna seemed like bubblegum compared to some of the hard rock I liked.

I like just about everything but country. Though I am very biased towards 80s and 90s rock and metal.
