It doesn't bother me. What bothers me is if they call it 'Family'. Sounds to me like you've been on a real team before. I haven't, so maybe therein lies the difference. To me its a word that means a group of people with a common goal.

Family reference elicits a different response from me, although it is equally annoying. That is the "let's all hold hands and sing kumbaya around the campfire" response...pretty much makes me want to barf..... the team one.....takes raises my annoyance level instantaneously
