A staffing shortage isn't all bad.
Money from reduced labor expense could
be diverted to better vetting, training, &
management of existing cops.
Fewer + Better

Purchased a property once, a very nice one too, but during inspection we discovered that the back deck, although properly built on proper support....was not actually connected to the house..it is now
