Yum, me too. There is a restaurant in Tyler, TX that makes them fresh and you can watch them being made.

I just signed a contract to fix our pool. It paid to get a second bid because he guy came down in price and added two other small jobs basically taking $1000 of his original bid to get us within $1000 of the other guy's bid. Given everything, company reviews, years in business etc, that seemed fair.
