I had a wonderful, if painful, massage. The pain was due to my putting stress into my muscles rather than handling it in some other way.

Now, post massage, and post tea and chocolate, I'm ready for a nap

TRUESTORY TIME:

One time I wentg in for a massage and got a person I had never seen before. OWIE, OWIE, OWIE! She actually left marks on me, as in bruises. This was the only time I complained but I did complain about her and I never saw her again. Hey, don't leave bruises on people.
