I think we may have caught the last mouse in our house.

It got caught in the snappy-trap this afternoon. This is after this morning, when we awoke to find one mouse in the snappy-trap and either four or five in the live-release trap (they were hard to count, because they were hiding). We also caught five last week.

I think they realized that their lease was up on the 31st and decided to move out rather than pay the rent increase.

Eww. Mice are such nasty little critters. I'm glad you caught them and hope none return. I am so grossed out by mice and we've had two run-ins with them, since we moved into our house...we've placed D-CON in our walls and every nook and cranny where the kids and cats can't get to.

Words can't express how much those gross things bother me. They're filthy and they chew on wiring. And they squeak! UGHH. They're so awful.

Poison pellets. And I bought them at Wal-Mart. It's not the most humane way to get rid of them but they do work. We tried the sticky traps but the sticky traps can have gross consequences as well. I'm just not into dealing with them...at all.

When they eat the poison, they go away to die.

A few weeks ago, there was a fire at a Humane Society near me; more than 100 cats died... the Fire Marshal traced the cause to an electrical fire caused by mice. Until then, I was happy to just use the live-release trap, but after that, I just wanted them out as quick as I could.

I like mice. We used to have them in our house. When Buddy, my cat lived in our house, he would chase them. Then Buddy had to move outside because my dad bought a leather chair and Buddy sharpened his claws on it. Then the neighbour murdered Buddy by drowning him in a cage.

Our garage used to have mice in it, and my sister and I used to catch them in buckets and play with them. Then we'd let them go.

I like mice.

That's awful. What happened to your neighbour?

It looks like I was wrong - I just saw another one. Arrgh.

Drinking no caffiene at all keeps you awake too.

If you've already been up WAY long, caffiene will make you more tired, because when it wears off, you'll be like "BAM! I'm ******* tired!!"
