A mushroom seems like a vegetable, but it's not one.
I once knew a mushroom. He was a really fun guy.

My neighbors are steelers fans, I didn't mention the part where I spray painted "Steelers blow" on their car.
When I went to see if the .com URL of my name was available, I found out that it wasn't. I punched it in to see what it was, and found out that it was just a blank page with "GO STEELERS!!!!" on it.

Ever since then, I've held a grudge.

Did everyone have a nice Thanksgiving (Americans, I mean)? I guess last Thursday was just a plain Thursday for the rest of you, but I hope you had a nice weekend, anyway. :)

I did! Thank you! :)

I went for all-you-can-eat sushi for lunch on Sunday, and therefore didn't need to eat dinner. :D

Want to hear something weird? This year, we've started to get "Black Friday" sales here in Canada. I think someone in head office is forgetting that we're not the US.

why do they call it black?
It comes from an old accounting standard of posting losses using red ink and gains using black ink. Retailers often have not made any profits all year up until this, the busiest shopping day of the year - so now they can use black ink on the profit reports.
