I finally fell asleep this morning at about 5 and woke up at 1 in the afternoon. I cooked and now feel like I could go back to sleep
I saw this written on the wall of a rest room when I was a child:
"Now I lay me down to sleep
With the boy across the street
Won't my mommy be surprised
When she sees my tummy rise?"
My hubbie is taking me to Hometown Buffet!!!!!!! He's so amazing.
Well, judging by the commercials and cars I've seen... they like sucky cars? xDAnd I thought American cars sucked arse?
After watching several hundred smart and talented kids do amazing things with technology this past weekend, I've gotta say that I'm pretty optimistic that the future is in good hands.
If a bunch of 14--to-18-year-olds can already figure out how to design, build and program an intricate robot to hang inflatable shapes on pegs in less than two months, imagine what they can do with world hunger or climate change once they're done their schooling and are given a few years to think about it.
Sometimes I wonder whether buffets are worth the food and money...
But lucky you! Hubby must be wonderfully amazing! Jealous! As always, sister!

I think I saw a Saudi Aston Martin today. I could be wrong, though. Definitely a Saudi licence plate, though. I saw an Emirati car as well. They're going to be everywhere in the summer.
