Its, like, 95 degrees here. How is it cold everywhere else?! I guess that's what I get for living in San Diego County. -____- I'll be glad when I move to Virginia when I'm 18.

Is the food there as great as I hear?

Yes, it's very "great". In fact this is the first time I've tasted a bland flavored food. Well, except the time I was hospitalized before, where the food is too salty.. :p
so yeah, I decided to eat more fruits instead (those that my visitors usually bring)

Getting medication frustration. I like having my Topiramate for my migraines as it is wonderful not having near debilitating migraines all the damn time, but at the same time, it now seems it prevents me from taking St. John's Wort. Now, I don't know if the Topiramate is to blame for my funk that I have been in for a while, but I have been constantly fatigued and in a rut for quite a while, despite the use of Centrum Energy AND a B complex on top of that. So I thought I'd start trying out St. John's Wort and see how I feel, only to find out it is not a good thing to take while on my meds as it can screw with the absorption or something. Argh. So here I am still left with just my morning coffee caffeine jolt of awake-ness and that never seems to last long before I feel drawn out again. Again, I don't know for sure it is the Topiramate as the first month or two of taking it I was absolutely fine on it and still had plenty of energy and was quite upbeat. It's just been this last couple of months that I've been drudging along. Wish I knew for sure.

I'm on topiramate and it makes me both sleepy and forgetful. Fatigue is a common side effect of the drug.

I take Zoloft for my PMDD and a common side effect is insomnia. I really don't have that problem, because I'm taking the topiramate.

St. Johns Wart, though, it's suggested that it has very mild side effects, can actually cause drowsiness, particularly as one adjusts to it. When I tried St John's Wart years ago, I felt like a zombie.

I can only speak from personal experience, by I've gone through bouts of fatigue and sometimes there's no reasonable explanation. Sometimes, shifting the time that I take my meds helps. Too much or too little sleep may be an issue for me. Too much or too little (usually the latter for me) exercise may impact my energy levels.

It's usually stress and part of my overall migraine condition that fatigues me, to be honest. Migraine can fatigue you, without the presence of pain.

I know that this is a mess of random "tmi". I really hope that everything works out for you.

No one will admit they like the way farts smell, but they do. If you say "I farted", people will sniff. They should clear out. And why do we say sorry when we fart? If you like the other person, shouldn't you say "Run!" instead?

I've been suckered away from this thread for a while, so I have a random, meaningless announcement to make: I'm making a random, meaningless announcement in this thread.

(On another note, self-reference interests me. :p)
