My divorce is final. Papers came in today.

When my first divorce was final I took a copy of my marriage license/certificate, took it outside, set it ablaze, lit a cig with it, had a smoke and a drink and watched it burn as I sat outside and enjoyed my freedom day.

If there are any charges, which there probably are, I don't intend on paying them. I'm going to call customer service on Monday or Tuesday (don't know if they observe Columbus Day) and tell them what was going on and see if there is any explanation and if there are any charges if they can be removed.

I'm getting increasingly irked because of neck pain. It hasn't flinched since the morning and is making handwriting an unusually painful task.

Trying to figure out how to cope with that at the moment.

Is it something like stiff neck? If that's the case, apply ice pack (and some Ibuprofen, even if it's not due to muscle stiffness, NSAIDs such as ibuprofen works for the pain; and yeah, it's usually available over the counter). And yeah, have it checked by the doctor.

Hey now, you have to admit, when talking to a person in a hospital, and you suddenly start hearing dogs barking, it is rather weird. Well, maybe not for you...but for most people here it would be. If you could have seen the look come over my face when I first heard the barking. :areyoucra

My 4y/o daughter has obviously paid attention to Mommy. She got her little water bottle from the frig, and is now in the living room doing exercises on the rug. Kids exercises, but exercises none-the-less. I just looked in and saw her doing windmills and jumping jacks and little push ups on her knees. How adorable.
