The Teen Obesity Problem in America."

I'm annoyed with you because of your attitude in this thread. You have many problems of your own and you're in here acting all high and mighty and tearing people down. You should know better. I'm sure you know what kind of nasty stuff people say and do to the mentally ill. Have some respect for others.
The thing is I don't get upset by what people say about me, I know there are people in the world that do that, and I'm not about to change that.........again its taking responsibility.

Given it's saying she is an addict, that means she shouldn't feel ashamed of herself, she does have an issue of pathopsychology and neurochemical imbalances, she does need help, and certainly people don't shame addicts during an intervention and berate them for how disgusting they are, throwing their flaws in their face, and not even giving them a chance to understand their own situation.
Honestly, the ones like you are the ones who should be ashamed of themselves for wanting to mock and ridicule those who are medically ill. It's not different than going on about someone with a cold is gross and nasty because you can hear them coughing and hacking up buckets of mucus.

Please don't be silly, I am not mocking, I am stating what is fact, your just continually making excuses, you would be the last person to help anyone with that way of thinking.

I can't remember I was drunk at the time lol.
That is no excuse, and it should be rather obvious since I even asked in the first place. And, realistically, if you're eating cheaper at the grocery store than what you can at a fast food place, chances are very good that nutritionally it's just as much of a disaster.

I don't know, I myself am a vegetarian, each meal I make would cost just over a couple of dollars, cheap.

I can't really say much for prices (I don't know what they are in Australia), but, at least here, fast food is generally much cheaper than fresh fruits and vegetables. You can get a whole meal for a couple bucks at a fast food joint, or you can get a small bag of frozen vegetables for a couple bucks. Don't even think about the produce isle if that is all your budget allows for.

So what would your average meal consist of ?.

I think he wants to know if we are fat.

I wonder if he considers me too fat? :D:D But, I think I'll keep him in the dark.
I'm loosing weight. I used to be a healthy weight, back when I was a teen and very active, and then after a few knee injuries and surgeries, it took awhile to learn how to eat again with going from being constantly active to a greatly reduced amount of physical activity that isn't as strenuous. I even made it up to 300 pounds. **** anyone and everything who thinks I should have been ashamed of myself, or still should be. No, it wasn't soda, or laziness, or sugary junk, or fast food, it was going from being able to use up a truck load of carbs to having no need for the extra carbs and changing habits to eating for sustenance and nutrition, rather than just eating until I was full, as then it didn't matter then since I'd burn the calories in exercise. I'm still overweight now, but my weight is going down. And, still, **** anyone and everyone who thinks I should be ashamed of myself. All of my blood levels are healthy, my heart rate is good, my blood pressure is good, my blood oxygen is good, and I can swim for over a mile without any real effort, and do go to the gym on most days. IBS, some weight, and a knee nearing its end are the only things not within normal healthy range for me.
So, again, **** 'em.

And to also throw in, my doctor isn't even concerned about my weight, other than it being there, especially since everything else is healthy (and I have the results from a battery of tests to prove it) and it's slowly but steadily going down anyways.
Me, I've wondered if Micheal Phelps is going to put on some weight, since he eats a freight load of carbs every day and he's not going to be training for the Olympics anymore. But, then again, he can afford a nutritionist to help him adjust and swat his hand because he won't be able to entire pizzas and pounds of pasta anymore.
