The Time I Accidentally Signed up for A Porno site

Hello, so there was a time I accidentally signed up for a porno site. Let me explain. A lot of people look at me and think of me as innocent young girl when I actually am far from innocent. Anyways I was at the library near me and checking on Facebook. There was this person online I was talking to whom I didn't know and said in the message , " come rate my photos" . I was led by her to the site to sign up and there was this picture of a girl in the corner of the screen. Something in my spirit told me not to sign up. I didn't listen.

Next thing I know the screen was flooded with images. I quickly closed it out. I went to my email account and found a email from the porn site. I tried to unsubscribe. I put my hand over the screen to cover the images as I scanned the page looking for how to unsubscribe. I then gave up and closed it out horrified at the images.

I kept on getting emails from the porn site and ultimately deleted my email account because of that. However , since I technically speaking never unsubscribed, I am likely a life-time member of a porn site and when I die, I'll probably still be a member. What's more the location of the library where this took place is literally right across the street from my church that I currently attend. If you take a right at the light, there is the library and on the left is the church. One of my future pastors could have easily walked by me and saw what I was up to.

Chances are the porn site is a fly by night thing that will disappear from the internet within a few weeks or months of you signing up.

They could and probably did sell your email address to spammers but that doesn't matter, you've deleted it.

It was a genuine accident that you did your best to rectify so nothing to worry about.

1. They want to convert you.

2. They want to find out "What's worn under the kilt?"

I had a funny situation happen to me as well. Reddit, apparently, randomly promotes various reddits to its members. Guess which reddit decided to promote itself on my phone literally while my wife was using it? Tinder. My wife looks at me, and says "Um, I need to ask you something."

Anyway, I'm surprised that the library did not have filters setup to block the inappropriate content. In case you're interested there is a free filter which I use on all my devices, at my office, and I've setup on the wifi for my faith community. If you'd like more info about it, send me a PM. Once the filter is setup on your devices, none of that garbage will pop-up regardless of where you are connecting.

I get a lot of very serious adverts on youtube. They offer me dating services, and I can take my pick: Japanese, Slavic, etc. I'm sure its not slavery. Its probably just temporary indentured servitude. I'm sure they'd let me go eventually.

I also get a lot of consultants advertising on there. They can help me get a million subscribers within a week. If I were to hire them all I'd have like 30 million subscribers per week. Is that a lot of subscribers?

Pfftttt! I have more than that. But my "subscribers" call themselves "bill collectors".
