The UK is not as bad as Venezuela

Some elephant.

I knew this was going to be about the whole 'rape capital of Europe' thing before I even clicked the link and sure enough, there it was.

The reason recorded rapes have increased in Sweden is because criminal offences once deemed to be 'sexual harassment' have been reclassified as rape under law. Here's a link to Snopes explaining it all. This is something that Condell (a UKIP supporter) conveniently forgot to mention.

There is a great deal more than rapes to be concerned about.

Just in case Pat is not getting his points across, try this.

No doubt, Corbyn dreams of the UK going the same way.

It's implied in your every post in this thread; renationalisation is bad, Corbyn is bad, Corbyn's policies are bad, things will be bad if Corbyn's Labour get into power. Stop dancing and just admit you think socialism sucks.

Ok if it makes you happy, socialism sucks big time.

That which is claimed without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

Theres plenty of evidence from past labour governments and the current lot are even worse comrade.

So you are happy the nhs is being destroyed? Tje police service is neing cut back. That the pound is worth 1/3 less now than it was a year ago. That you don't mind limiting your grandchild's employment options, that your leader sees fit to pay fundamentalist terrorist a billion pounds just so she can keep her house at #10 and drop you a further 555 billion pounds in debt

I cant remember the nhs ever being ok,I'm not ok with it but if they charged foreigners even just £10 everytime they used the service it would make a great contribution.

My granchildren are guaranteed a job so no worries there.
The rest is just stuff from a red rag.

Just so long as you can diss and mock a guy (actually an honest and humanitarian guy) for what he has not done. That's your politics? Sounds tory to me

Yes that poor guy who would welcome Hamas and hezbolla, still it fits in with the anti Semitism in the labour party.

Which ones do you mean? Do you mean neo-liberal Blairite Labour governments that were closer to Thatcher than traditional Labour in terms of politics?

If the evidence is there then please present it for all to see.

Sure, jack draw admitted a "spectacular mistake" when it opened the borders to eastern Europeans.

Andy Burnham admitted overspending before and during the credit crunch.

Social housing failure, even thatcher built more council houses.

Worst of all the great gold sell off that cost us 7 billion smackers.
All the above though are pretty standard for labour.

Ah, so you're referring to the screw-ups of Blairite, centrist Labour. And yes, we agree they were screw-ups. Not exactly a rallying cry against left-wing politics unless you consider literally everything to the left of the Tories 'left-wing'. In which case you're using a definition nobody else apart from maybe Notanumber is.

Also, expressing opinions like Jack Straw is not evidence - it's an anecdote. Show me how opening the borders to eastern Europeans was detrimental to our economy.

That's easy, they were cheap labour, much of it cash in hand but much less than a British worker.

Much of what they earned was sent back home and not spent here, even though they earned a pittance here it was sill double what they could earn where they came from, nobody can blame them though.
