The "big reveal" about Daryl's past wasn't a reveal at all.

True. IMO the writers did such a great job of keeping the characters consistent (even in the middle of radical personal change) that you could almost fill in the blanks about their pasts yourself.

I think the exception, at least for me, is Michone: I was expecting to find out that she was an escapee from a mental institution. :D

Really? That's interesting. Since I feel like I personally identify with Michonne more than any of the other characters. :D

I totally set up your response to my post.

That's the great thing about having a katana. I can enjoy being the butt of a joke while having the ability to behead anyone I want. :D

If you're a Martin Cruz Smith fan, I recommend the book, December 6.
Lots'o beheadings.
It makes Kill Bill look like Thomas The Tank Engine. (Not really, but I like the comparison.)

When I get around to making the RF version of The Walking Dead comic (The Walking Threads), I'll be sure to put you in the part of Michone, except instead of a katana you'll have a whip.

*scene opens with MichoneSang'ha walking through a field full of zombie-trolls, leading Sunstone and Mr.T on a leash in front of her*

Sunstone: "Eh, Heather? Me and Nick, we're not actually zombies."

*MichoneSang'ha cracks whip over their heads*

*Sunstone and Mr.T start shambling and going "Aaaaaaarrrrrrrrrggggggggg!!!!"*

So far I'm loving the season. At the end of the episodes I'm ticked off because it's over and I want to see more. I wished Helix could draw me in like that.....

Up til this season I always held off on watching the show until I had at least 3 episodes "saved" up. Then I would purposely not watch the season finale' until the start of the next season. That way it was more like watching a cpl of (almost) 3 hour movies each season than just following the series and watching a bunch of painfully short episodes.

This season I got weak and now I just watch them as they come on, so I know what you mean. :p

The Walking Dead is truly one of the biggest waste and worst shows of this year, it puts aside every good aspect of it's genre in replace for mediocre and stale TV drama which was never good to begin with

Well....any comments on The Grove?
I say Carol did the right thing.

I thought it was great. I don't see any realistic way their group could continue with Lizzy alive. I mean, she can't be in the group carted around as a prisoner tied up or something, it would be cruel to exile her, it would be even worse if they exiled her and she found her way to another group and killed someone else. Unless they happen to find a child psychologist walking around looking for a group to join, she's got to go.

I have to say, I like how the show diverges from the comics so much that they are pretty much completely different stories and then they bring them right back together again. That scene with Lizzy killing her sister was straight out of the comics (except it was two brothers in the comics), and I didn't see it coming at all. It's a good way to keep the series faithfull to the comics and yet an original story.
