RE: Who prays for Satan? Pray for sinner who needs it most.

Satan is guilty of the unforgivable sin of Matthew 12:32.
(Hebrews 6:4-6) So, prayers won't do him any good.

Where does the Bible say that the satan is guilty of the unforgivable sin?

Neither of the verses you presented say even mention the satan

Again, there is absolutely no historical evidence that the birth of Mithras was celebrated on December 25th.
The birth date of the Aurelian Sol Invictus was celebrated on December 25, some writers have confused this with the Mithras Sol Invictus, of which there is little known.

So then it was the pagan devotees of Mithra that celebrated the 'dies natalis solis Invicti' (birthday of the invincible sun) on Dec 25th. Since Aurelian had proclaimed the sun-god the principal patron of the empire, and dedicated a temple to him in the Campus Martius then it seems as if Christmas originated at a time when worshipers of the sun were particularly strong at Rome.

True, neither Satan nor Adam are mentioned yet both have no future life.
Satan will be destroyed according to Hebrews 2:14 B. Jesus is the one that is the 'seed' of Genesis 3:15 that will deal Satan that fatal death bruise to his head.

Adam was told he was from dust and upon disobedience return to where he started or originated which was dust. Dust to dust.

Angels were created with heavenly perfection.
Adam was created with earthly or human perfection.
Perfect creation does not sin by mistake. Perfect creation can only sin on purpose, deliberate, intentional, willful. There is no record that either Satan nor Adam expressed any remorse or sorrow as we, being imperfect, might. Jesus ransom sacrifice does not cover the fallen angels nor Adam and Eve, but we through no fault of our own, are imperfect so Jesus ransom can cover for us. Hebrews 10:26; Matthew 20:28.

Mithras Sol Invictus and Aurelian Sol Invictus were two separate concepts. Although the Roman tendency to assimilate deities could account for a cross-worshiping.

That was one of the most random posts I've seen in a while.

It's a Mark Twain quote. A quote. One of those silly things in a signature. Not to be taken literally.

OK, then... Happy Horus Day!

Today is actually part of the mathematics of capitalism, so we're stuck with it for a while. Of course, there is a solution. Vodka. :D

Actually , Jesus never existed, and Xmas is a pagan holiday, but that's really besides the point. Does Xmas ultimately have a positive or negative impact on socities? I would say the jury on that one is still out.

How could a so-called sacred religious holy day that developed from pagan mythology have a lasting positive effect? Telling lies that makes an imaginary Santa the god of Christmas instill confidence or trust in what one says when one discovers that he has been lied to by someone he trusts and there is no real Santa. Since when does lying have a positive impact on societies ?

There are only two types of lies:
Either a lie is: on purpose or not, lie is: premeditated or not, lie is: deliberate or not, lie is: willful or not, lie is: intentional or not.

Is there truth in that a person that will lie 'for' you, will also lie 'to' you?
How positive an impact do lies have in the business or political world?
Don't we already see the bad impact of lies spread within the religious world?

Why couldn't it? Paganism is as valid a path (or paths, actually), with as rich and beautiful traditions as any other.

Let us toast to today's hymnal: Many Men ~ 50-cent.

There will always be division. And under it all, there will always be truth. Sláinte.

It is not tradition in itself, but if the tradition or custom is based on falsehood; lies especially religious lies. Jesus believed that religious tradition Not found or rooted in Scripture would make one's worship be in vain or worthless.
- Mark 7:7; Matthew 15:9.

Egyptian religion were thousands of years old, so were Greek & Roman pagan religions, they lasted much longer than Christianity has so far.

How could pagans be a bunch of dirty liars? Just because a person does not follow Jesus teachings does not necessarily make one a liar. Jesus believed that what he taught was religious truth, and that biblical truth would set a person free from what is false. Why else would a person belong to a religion or set of beliefs if he did not believe it was fact or the right belief?
