This seems as good a place to start, my first real post.

I realy disslike this kind of thing Hinduism is given a bad name in the west.
because of one or two reports of very untypical behavior.
and also because some westerners will pick up on, and make a big noise about holding weird and unusual beleifs that justify weird practices and facinations.
This is more a practice performed to satisfy their egos than it is an act of worship or glorification.


So please Dear Pegg do not think this is in any way typical of Hinduism,
most hindu are god loving good people who care about bringing up their familys in a god conscious enviroment.

So please also Jaskaran prabhu do not think you are alone in thinking that these practices are Adharmic, I do not like to think that this is only a Vaisnava veiw ?
and I do not like to think that this forum is bisaed towards facination with so called esoteric practices rather than reflecting the true face of hinduism .
I would rather glorify Turkuram for converting a prostitute to love of god,

and I must admit it sounds terible but I had to laugh at the thought of raping a crocodile! that is surely one way to leave this body but I dont nececarily think that it would be a good one or that one might accheive god consciousness by doing so!
