Happy birthday to Micky Dolenz! Today is his 78th birthday.
He wrote and recorded "Randy Scouse Git" after an exciting night of partying with The Beatles. The song's lyrics, "The four kings of EMI are sitting stately on the floor," are a reference to them. At his concerts, he says, "I'm told I had a good time" when he mentions that night right before he sings the song.
Micky was an original member of the Hollywood Vampires, along with John Lennon.
