I can't understand the words, no. :)

I can understand this one, though. Of Of is an expression we also have in Bosnian. It's like...affectionate despair.

Like if you see the man of your dreams and he's married, you say "Of of!" or if you see the most beautiful shoes but they're too expensive, "Of of!" etc. :D

And I LOVE this song. ;)

I swear, take any Egyptian woman off the street and she can belly dance better than experts from other countries. :D
