I was thinking on another thread (but didn't post on it since I didn't want to hijack the thread) that since I have found God that I have become a better person- Not perfect but better. I am wondering if other theists feel the same way.

Finding God made one more piece of the puzzle fit, another part of my whole.
Upon finding God, I gave up following Religion and went my own way.
I thought Gnostic Christians were by definition 'theists'. what's up with that?I don't consider myself a theist (so I hope you don't mind my posting here). But I am coming to know the God that exists in my soul. I feel better because of allowing myself approach this God.
