Sadly, a lot of the so-called solutions for whatever on the internet are the product of that kind of thinking:
"In order to find out why you're having problems logging into your account, go to your profile . . .(Which of course you can't do unless you're logged into your account)"

I was working for an engineering company in Canada, and our server collapsed. After we got it back on line, I had an email from IT telling me my email service had been interrupted and they were working on it.
I had to deal with tech support for internet outage in the last week...
The auto bit kept referring me to their website to troubleshoot.
That had to be Spectrum.
Doesn't look like it.
