Italian cheeses are generally not low in that, which is why she doesn't overindulge. Fat by itself is not intrinsically bad for you, but eating too much of it pretty much is.Hopefully low in sat fat. I don’t eat cheese much

Got a source for that? Anyhoo, the majority of people do eat meat so any such stat would be pretty meaningless.99.9% of people who live 90 and older eat meat so…

You probably know this stuff but here goes....Italian cheeses are generally not low in that, which is why she doesn't overindulge. Fat by itself is not intrinsically bad for you, but eating too much of it pretty much is.
That's a no then.Common sense
Ya, I've been on meds for this now for around three decades. Thanks anyhow.
Eh, you don't eat nuts, beans, and tofu in replacement - and in any case plants are people too dang it - you eat them also because they are amazing and yummy. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of meat so I don't eat a lot of it anyway. This time of year especially there are so many awesome plant friends to eat. Like CORN. It's SWEET CORN season! YAAAAAS.I eat meat daily with my lunch. I have small portions. 1/4lb. I can’t imagine eating nuts beans and tofu in replacement
Vegetarians aren't exactly known for being low in protein, amd two of the longest living groups of people are vegetarian (the other eat meat sparingly, often less than your few servings a day). What I’m saying is it’s odd that she can’t eat all the other protein foods during the week without meat and be fine. The fact that she only needs protein from meat one to two times a week I find odd. But I guess you’re right everybody’s different
No, they aren't.and in any case plants are people too
Life is sacred (not a term that suits me though),Can you have the view that all life is sacred and eat meat? I think those who say no are totally off base and extreme in their views.
Alas, I love seafood too much to be a vegetarian. And I've not spent any time petting fish. Petting cows and interacting with them I did a lot of in Indiana, pigs are really cute and smart. There is guilt I feel over them being killed so I can eat them.Life is sacred (not a term that suits me though),
in some cases because it's so tasty.
Common sense isn't really a thing, it's nkt a debate, and those who live to be over 90 generally haven't ate a lot of meat. Frugivores who eat little meat tend to live longer.Common sense
U don’t? Then where u get protein?Eh, you don't eat nuts, beans, and tofu in replacement - and in any case plants are people too dang it - you eat them also because they are amazing and yummy. But a fresh fish fry? Coconut shrimp? Crab legs? I love them even though we've learned "it's ok to eat fish because they don't have any feelings" isn't actually correct because they too are sentient. But unlike pigs and cows they actually taste yummy.

Not much (maybe a few servings a month), and it's not unusual if they eat none at all. Those who live over 90 eat meat
Well then, my mistake. Obviously. Animism and non-anthropocentric ethics are clearly mistaken about these things and you get to decide what everyone's culture looks like and how everybody does ethics. Obviously. No, they aren't.
