A semi truck plows into a crowd of Christmas shoppers in Berlin Germany,
At least one confirmed dead and many injured.
Terrorist act?
Could be. News is saying so.

Well there is "jumping to conclusions" then there is "reasonable
assumption".
As of now it seems to be more than a reasonable assumption.
The news I'm watching says "terrorist attack" but as yet no one group
has claimed responsibility.

I am sure it is an accident. It is quite frequent here in Europe to see big trucks driving into women and children at Christmas markets. Or sea promenades.

Well at least Europe has some of the toughest gun control laws
in the world.
How's that workin' out for ya?
To be quite blunt I doubt ANY laws can stop a terrorist
attack.

Europeans came to middle eastern. They destroyed cities and families. Are they expecting them to just sit there like a sitting duck?

The news also said that Big Mike Brown, of Ferguson fame, was shot in the back while running away. Eyewitnesses, testifying under oath, claimed that.
I prefer to wait for better information than late breaking news on USA media.
You know what those people are like. Don't you?

In this regard, the terrorists have seemingly won. We can't look at any incident without crying "Terrorists"! Hell, I think TSA stands for "Terrorists Strike Again"! They really have changed the way we live and not for the better.

Not German but in Berlin right now. Even so I don't know anything special about this. In any case, as far as I know there were 2 men who did it, one of them is dead and the police arrested the second.
