I will not, and will never vote for someone who is by disposition incapable of actually being a public servant (e.g., pathological liars, con artists, egomaniacs, narcissists, and sociopaths). Someone who isn't capable of being a public servant shouldn't even be allowed to run for office. Someone who isn't capable of being a public servant is the sort of person who leads or incites insurrections to tear down democratic forms of governance. Which is, to the surprise of no one who was actually paying attention to the character and disposition of that thing, precisely what happened. That this thing is even permitted to run is a catastrophic failure of democracy in this country and a sign a significant portion of the people don't want a democratic nation anymore.

I'm not American, but I am a next-door neighbour.

But definitively NO, absolutely NOT!

Democracy is difficult enough at home, but when it degrades beyond recognition in your next-door neighbour's country, it may prove impossible. And I am in favour of democracy.

Besides, Trump is in every way I can think of a pure disgrace who the rest of the world held its collective nose at while he was President. He does not represent the country well -- very much the reverse, actually.

No.

Let's start at the beginning with the Women's March which took place the day after Trump's inauguration, which was a peaceful march in several locations and attended by an astounding number of people wearing pink pussyhats. Their concerns regarding women's reproductive rights turned out to be true. You can't discount the sheer number of people here.

Now let's fast forward to the end to a not-so-peaceful and often violent gathering of people who broke into the Capitol and whose concerns about "the election being stolen" turned out to be untrue:

We have:
Open borders
Out of control crime wave
Severe economic issues
A renewable engery policy that puts the cart before the horse
Two wars that we are funding
A policy of putting equity over equality
Advesaries that have little or no respect/fear of us
Just to mention a few,.
So do you want to continue the policies put forth by the current adminstratio or not.

Sounds like mostly Trump's record in office.
(Except that Biden ended a war.)
But Trump also had.....
- Massive give-away to pay people to not work.
- Poison control centers treating people who drank bleach.
- A failed coup.
- A false start to wage war with Iran.
- Stacking SCOTUS so that 6 of 9 justices are Catholic,
so that abortion rights are revoked.
- Founding a cult of Christian Nationalist loons.
- Insurrection in the Capitol Building.
