Sixty plus court trials, all but one minor one lost mainly because there was no reliable evidence for the Trump claims and now they wait for the last day to present "new evidence". Do you realize that these congressmen think that their constituency are idiots? Audie, I wish those of us in the US who oppose Donald Trump could afford to be sanguine about which threats he will make good on and which unpredictable course he will take next.
There is a 99% chance nothing serious will happen between now and Biden’s inauguration. Sadly, we don’t have the luxury of not being vigilant. Trump, by his actions, doesn’t give us that option.
It must be nice to laugh his antics off and poke fun at his critics for over-reacting, knowing that if it escalates, it is unlikely to affect you.

Speaking from ignorance of your personal situation, I don't think American concerns over Trump are overrated. Yes, we have it better than some people in the world, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be critical of our leaders, in particular when they very blatantly are ineffective leaders.
Consider the current issue with the election. Americans have always operated under the idea that the people's vote is a sacred process, giving us a voice in our leaders and a modicum of control over our government. By spreading unsupported claims of widespread fraud, Trump has attacked the very heart of American democracy. It's one thing to cry "fraud" and have evidence, and we should be vigilant in protecting the idea of a fair election, but it's quite another to disseminate misinformation in order to disrupt the system.
Also consider the pandemic crisis. Trump clearly knew how dangerous this disease was, even while downplaying it in public and (even now) disdaining clear and effective national efforts to prevent the spread.
That people are analyzing his vacation time is a result of his ineffectiveness as a leader. He is a shyster; duplicitous and while I recognize this is often true of politicians, Trump appears to be doing more damage in his powerful role than many others.
I am sorry you feel so emotional and are stuck in a dangerous situation, Audie.
Maybe he realized that staying in Florida would have meant spending New Year's Eve with Giuliani, Vanilla Ice, and his sons:

I see that you do not follow the news. There were over 60 lawsuits for Trump. He won one very minor one. There was no evidence provided and when the system was investigated through recounts and analysis there was no significant cheating for either candidate. Trump lost fair and square. Only the most deluded of people still believe that Trump won.

I was referring to the behaviour of his opponents, from Pelosi tearing speech to
people making a big conspiracy over his travel plans, the tds that so disgraces the left.

The way the left has performed, an election fraud to add to their other frauds is ot so wild a thought.
In particular, the craziness of blaming Trump for c19 and treating what he says about china's role as lies because he said it.
The WHO said- at china's direction- that its not contagious. Trump was a racist for travel ban from China. Nothing he could have done would have stopped it, nothing he could have done would satisfy the tds people.
I agree that Trump is a deeply flawed person and a poor choice.
The left is sure no better than it outta be and has done great at making things worse.
As for me personally, I am trapped here for now.

The main thing to take note of is that Trump still does not concede.
When all the legal methods, the recounts and lawsuits, are exhausted.
The Constitution made a way for an illegitimate election to be overturned.

You realize that "Russia collusion nonsense" lead to several arrests, Trump demonstrably did say that there were "fine people on both sides" at a rally arranged by neo-Nazis, and Trumps handling of the coronavirus pandemic - including lying to the public about it, openly dismissinh medical advice, pushing conspiracy theories about the origin of the virus, waiting weeks before enacting an effective lockdown and shutting down the US' pandemic taskforce - are all things that happened, right?

I do agree that "the left" and the media have only helped fuel the Trump fire. Trump was smart in devising the "fake news" narrative that has served to be both increase the amount he is reported on and create an easy slogan to throw back whenever the news is negative. Simultaneously, the Democrats have managed to make themselves appear mostly vindictive rather than constructive in their (in my opinion necessary) attempts to fight Trump's popularity.
While I agree widespread election fraud isn't necessarily impossible, it appears to not be the case here. Not only is the evidence lacking, but Democrats don't need it; they consistently win the popular vote and need only do a better job at reaching the more rural areas of the country. Simultaneously, both parties are guilty of gerrymandering, and the Republicans are further guilty of making it harder for people to vote through restrictions.
I can't speak for the WHO, but it was clear that Trump was very aware of the contagious nature of COVID and the danger it poses, as his recorded interview with Bob Woodward early last February proves.
To add: I sincerely wish you the best and hope you can find a more positive situation.

Yes, yes, we all know that Trump is a delusional idiot when it comes to this election. And yes, some of the Republicans that know that Trump lost are playing to their base. They are running a showboat vote that they know that they will lose. Even Pence is against this.
There is no majority in the House. There will not be one. That means that Trump lost. Your source does not understand the process. The electors met. They cast their clear votes and Biden got more electoral votes than Trump did. That is all that it takes. The Republicans can protest but that will not be a majority vote of the House and Senate. He jumped ahead to far in the process.

No, anyone that has followed the lawsuits. You don't lost by over 60 to 1 without some seriously flawed claims. There have been recounts, and recounts and investigations and no evidence of fraud. Fraud has to be widespread to be fraud. An odd person here or there voting illegally does not rise to the level of fraud. And most of the claims of cheating would have left clear evidence. That evidence was not to be found. Just as the Flood of Noah would have left clear evidence the cheating being claimed would have left similar evidence. Its absence tells us that this was a fair election. TDS is a disease of the right to. That variation is 'Trump is right no matter what". The TDS crowd in this situation are the Trump supporters.
