Trump Guilty of Sexual Abuse.

Sure, but that was not her claim. She claimed she was raped, they did not believe her. Anyway, the voters will decide if Trump will be the nominee or not on the republican side at least.
It's not that they didn't believe her, either a sex crime occurred or it didn't and they determined that it did. Both rape and sexual battery are sex crimes involving penetration. NY has different legal distinctions within sex crimes. They viewed the manner in which he violated her fell under battery.

If you're on the receiving end of an assault, would you care what someone calls it? It wouldn't change the fact you were left violated nor lessen the trauma for you, would it?

They believe she was sexually abused. And defamed.

There used to be a time when someone was convicted of something like this, that they'd have zero chance of becoming the nominee for President of the United States. But the US, as of late, has turned into a place I no longer recognize, so he's still a shoe-in somehow. Unreal.

It seems that you misunderstand our system & the differences a wee bit.

I misunderstand your system because it's too different than ours.
I naively believe they are similar...but they are light years away from one another.
So it's my fault. Yes.

If you say so.
Not my say so, reported facts, which seem to disturb you and your defense of Trump.

False, they didn't have adequate evidence. Even she was unsure if he was able to penetrate her in her testimony, which is not uncommon for rape victims in their trauma. But it doesn't matter. The jury found it convincing that he sexually assaulted her, as other women have claimed, and as he admitted he can do as a celebrity.
Anyway, the voters will decide if Trump will be the nominee or not on the republican side at least.
Republicans will decide if he is the nominee. The American voters have rejected him already, and that was before a loss in a sexual assault lawsuit, and before the three looming criminal indictments against him.

My question is: Is Trump the best conservatives can come up with? He's a disgrace.

I am honestly fed up with reading posters telling me that I derail the thread talking about jurors and their point. ;)
So...if you did that, I would be thankful.
Well, you do tend to stray from OP's themes.
I'm sure that you can improve on this.
