Trump & Magas Actually Trying To Lose Election

Of course, they really want to win. But it appears that
they're losing their grip on reality by living in an echo
chamber of increasingly hostile & bigoted speech.
It's the new normal...to viciously insult & lie about others.
Not so much about campaigning to win...it's become about
reveling in hatred, fear, anger, & power seeking.
The result....
They offend many groups...including those on the fence
who might otherwise vote for Trump.
Ref...

And in other news, Trump's minions plan once again
to attempt a coup, ie, over-throwing the election if
he loses.
True, and the Left has been that way for years!

The problem is why the Trump campaign thought it would be a good idea to put him in the lineup knowing his comedy style. That his comedy fits in closely with the other speakers' actual political beliefs should be a good indication that Trump's campaign is fundamentally racist (racism referring to antagonistic beliefs about people based on differences in appearance or culture).
Of course they put someone on who agrees basically with their ideology. Who should they have gotten, John Stewart or Bill Maher? I've always said that comedians should be 100% immune from this bickering nonsense. In my life, I've heard George Carlin use the N word, I've heard Eddie Murphy speak poorly about gays, and I've seen Jim Carrey mock transsexuals. Each was trying to be funny. Each either succeeded or failed based on the audience member's reaction, and their career should be defined by that. I watched Heathcliffe's rally routine, and it was good. The guy is hilarious. Did you see him on the Tom Brady roast? They hired him to set the mood, he did, and that's the end. If people don't like it, don't buy tickets to his show. Don't watch Comedy Central Roasts he takes part in. But please, leave him out of it.

As an aside, I thought the best joke at the Brady roast that didn't come out of Nicki Glaser was his line about Gronkowski. I almost spit out my pop.

I agree...sorta. A comedian at a comedy club comedianing is a different beast then a comedian at a political rally.

I also consider the difference between comedy and bullying as exemplified by the Terry Prachett quote about satire:

"Satire is meant to ridicule power. If you are laughing at people who are hurting, it's not satire, it's bullying."
