Oh good grief. Use some common sense. What are we going to do? Do a criminal background check on every trans person who is obvious., or deny entrance to all trans people who are obviously trans. Like I said, maybe I have used the women's lavatory with transsexual people. I don't know since only between .05 and 1.6 percent of Americans identify as either trans or non-binary. Anyway, enough about me. I do know that a strange person came into the staffing company I worked for for many years, and we couldn't tell if it was a man or a woman (and his/her name was SHANNON which didn't help much if at all) and he/she refused to say, and this person qualified for a job but never showed up for the interview. I found the entire thing to be weird. But I wouldn't have batted an eye if that person had gone to the bathroom and that was it with me. I would have definitely batted an eye if he or she had come on to me in some way though. I also would have batted an eye if I was straigntening my slip or whatever and this person made it clear that he or she was a man.

No, we are not going to do a background check on anyone just so they can pee, and we are not going to deny anyone access to a public bathroom unless they do something illegal.

What I imagine resulting from the Maga obsession
with women's bathrooms is....
- Laws with severe sanctions against entering a publicly
accessible lavatory or locker room when the posted
sex doesn't match the entrant's birth certificate sex.
- There won't be guards at the doors. On a complaint
basis, cops will arrest the suspected transwoman to
investigate & prosecute. Perhaps a little "tune up"
with tasers & cudgels soften "him" up first.

Yeah, it does complicate the possibility of any touring outside the state of California if my ultra-niche music is accepted by it's narrow target audience (who is primarily MidWest)

Yeah. There was. There's often undue fear from a majority when it comes to letting a minority equally access and share society.
Also it's mostly men who are against this while its mostly women who support it. So there is definitely an element of being offended on someone elses behalf and insisting you must protect that group when they don't want it.

The conservative Family Research Council has compiled a list of 21 incidents of men assaulting or violating women's privacy in public bathrooms, warning that despite what activists claim, transgender-friendly policies do increase the risk of such crimes.

With that in mind, FRC compiled a list of 21 cases reported in the U.S. stretching back to 1999, but most within the last 10 years, where men violated the privacy of women in bathrooms, locker rooms, and other private spaces.

It's safe to assume that The Christian Post, & The
"conservative" Family Research Council would've
diligently compiled their list of such incidents.
So I'll accept their statistics.
The result is about 1 per year in a population
(USA) of 335,000,000.....a very low frequency.

This raises an extremely important issue...
Is the solution to the problem worse than the
problem itself?
A solution would necessarily involve several
things, eg, vetting (eg, birth certificate, genetic
test, blood test, physical exam), surveillance,
police, prosecution, & punishment.
Potential risks / costs....
Butch women harassed, arrested, jailed, &
investigated. Trans women going to prison
for relieving themselves (no assault).
The whole justice system devoting resources
to cause more harm than good.
