Trump rally attracts tens of thousands of people in support.

That's quite a number for one rally and its hearting to know that so many attended in a show of solidarity.

Million MAGA March, Trump rally today: Thousands rally in DC; updates

Unfortunately there were 10 arrests made, but it was otherwise peaceful.

I do think there were questionable instances where voter fraud occurred but without adequate proof, its hard to confirm with certainty.

Still there might be protest votes in December so there's hope for a Trump win but not certain.

Err, are rallies really a good idea to hold during a literal pandemic? I assume hygiene and social distancing was practiced. I would have thought it’d be all livestreams/virtual these days

It's truly disheartening to learn that there are so many selfish unpatriotic bigots in this country.

Its infuriating they are spreading disease. They are making people sick. Amd all for a failed, bigoted, stupid, one-term and mandateless child of a "president" who lost. Ots disheartening theu care not for each other, nor for the democratic process of America that both installed removed their guy.
They too are sore loosers like their child emperor.

I think we're past the point of asking that after millions of people across the country took to the streets over this year.

Well provide reported statistics on who died in three weeks and prove your point.

The president's energy would be better spent trying to make this transition as smooth and painless as possible. Instead, he does what he always has, and has whipped up his base against the supposed enemies: fellow Americans. He's going to continue to cry and flail until someone comes along and drags him away, too... Country be damned.

People in power sure love to turn neighbor against neighbor so they can continue cling to their power, and they don't really risk anything except the lives of the people they use. It's a tactic that happens to work really well, it seems.

Caring about the health and well-being of your fellow citizens and the good of the nation. That seems like the definition of patriotism.
That was the approach during the Spanish flu pandemic. Masks were being touted as a patriotic act to encourage wearing them.

There is some sense in light that people ought to bond together to fight a threat to the country in unison.

I'm right wing and I wear a mask in public buildings even though I support herd immunity.

I think its largely due to the politicization of the virus which I think contributed to the issue.

After it is said and done, I still believe Pennsylvania will be registered for Trump. Don't know about Georgia.

How does one support herd immunity exactly?... Herd immunity is the end destination no matter what rout we take to get there. Masks do slow the spread of the disease until we have an actual way to ease people into herd immunity, like with vaccines. Otherwise, people just needlessly get sick and die since we don't really have a way to fight the illness right now.

Do you mean you support people not caring about spreading the disease and ignoring measures to keep people safer until we have a way to fight the disease? I'm confused...

There's no penalty for faithless electors in Pennsylvania. It easily could go as a protest vote in Trumps favor in that state.
