I fully agree.

So many Americans are selfish. There is no other reason why they cannot wear a mask and give up their social gatherings.

There is no question in my mind that this is a spiritual problem, not a political problem.

The issue is that the immune response from this virus produces antibodies, but over time, they disappear. That means that second infections can happen.

And yes, that drastically affects the achievement of herd immunity.

That said, it also appears that other parts of the immune system do give longer immunity. Whether that helps with getting to herd immunity is not known.

A Pennsylvania judge has ruled in favor of the Trump campaign by concluding segregated ballots should not be counted.

"[The] Court concludes that Repsondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Board of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline in Section 1308(h) of the Pennsylvania Election Code...for certain electors to verify proof of identification, based on Secretary Boockvar's interpretation and application oof the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decision in Pennsylvania Democratic Party v. Boockvar," the ruling states. "Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that Respondents County Boards of Elections are enjoined from counting any ballots that have been segregated."

Last week U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered Pennsylvania election officials to segregate ballots that arrived after Election Day.

We already went over this. Those votes were segregated and neve counted. This is not a "win" for Trump since those votes cannot help him at all.

Only in a limited sense. Outdoors spread is almost negligible. Indoors is where transmission is said to occur the most so I have no issue wearing one myself to do my part in delaying the virus enough so that some type of vaccine can be made available to assist in obtaining proper herd immunity.

Unfortunately there were 10 arrests made, but it was otherwise peaceful.

I do think there were questionable instances where voter fraud occurred but without adequate proof, its hard to confirm with certainty.

Still there might be protest votes in December so there's hope for a Trump win but not certain.

Yes, it certainly is heartening to see a bunch of slack-jawed yokels and cretins wallowing together in butthurt and denial. The fact that they still cling to him proves just how creepy and cult-like his followers are.

Its always worked. The problem is in achieving that particular number where its effectiveness can suppress the strain enough to negate further danger.

Trumps rallys are known super spreader events because people are not wearing masks and are nit distancing. Even outdoors it spreads.
