Trump rally attracts tens of thousands of people in support.

Yes, but facts are RW sources like Fox were overplaying things, and people from other sources (especially local) were reporting from the places that were alleged destroyed and burned, showing the world footage as people went on about their "normal covid" lives.
I never watched FOX or other right wing sources. Sure, there were untouched areas, that does not mean that there was not excessive violence.

Yep, the sort who deny evolution, climate change, vaccines, moon landings, spherical planets, etc.
Huh. I watch a US streamer who often covers such conspiracy having people (in a segment dubbed “tinfoil Tuesday.”)
Didn’t realise they belonged to the Alt right though

I wont miss Trump actually. He was never my first choice. He was that stick of dynamite I was hoping that would dislodge the status quo and business as usual mentality.
I think he has had the opposite effect. People seem to be desperate to go back to what was the status quo, like drowning people desperately trying to climb up onto a raft or any piece of floating wood, perhaps after the ship was blown up by that dynamite you wanted.

The "alt-right" is just a rebranding of white nationalism, which itself is just a rebranding of white supremacism.

I'm pretty sure the pandemic has more to do with that than him.

Yeah you’ll get no argument from me. I saw the torch rally of Charlottesville on our news. Led me down a Google rabbit hole of sorts.
I guess where I’m a little lost on is just how I guess “accepted” the Alt right is in right leaning circles. I’d imagine there be disagreements in including them, right?

Then justice is served and a killer removed.
None of them should have been there in the first place. Their very presence was nothing more than throwing gasoline on an already very intense situation.
And after that these RW hoodlums would go on to attempt to kidnap a mayor.
They have also shown they have a thing for running into people with their vehicle.
They also don't care if they spread a deadly and highly contagious disease. They consider it their right.

So in an unfreeze country people can be forced to care?

You want to try?

Anyone who knows dictatorships at all knows
the effect it has on "caring".
Good point.....

No, it does not matter if a country is free or not. People have free will regardless, so people cannot be forced to care. Not caring is associated with character, not politics.

That said, in a free country the lack of caring is more dangerous than it is in a dictatorship, because people can DO whatever they want to do, not caring if it hurts other people.

I suppose some can see it that way but thats the way the system is presently set up. I'm thinking the controversy involves electors choice in that they cannot be forced to vote a certain way, which incidentally can be viewed as election fraud as well.

A rock and a hard place.

Trump acknowledged Game is over, but will not concede.

Those sources made it seem like every major American city was under siege from antifa and BLM, with massive riots and looting everywhere with everything torn up and burnt down. If you only listened to them you'd think it was the LA Riots again but this time spread throughout America.
Or liberal vs conservative.
After all, you're white & believe he's guilty.
Jury's and the outcomes of murder cases have a pretty strong correlation going on with all white jurors ruling one way, but another way if at least one person isn't white.
