Former President Trump is suing CBS News over a “60 Minutes” interview it broadcast with Vice President Harris earlier this month that he and his allies have claimed was edited to cast her in a positive light.​

The lawsuit, which seeks $10 billion in damages and was filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas alleges the network engaged in “partisan and unlawful acts of election and voter interference through malicious, deceptive, and substantial news distortion.”​

“To paper over Kamala’s ‘word salad’ weakness, CBS used its national platform on 60 Minutes to cross the line from the exercise of judgment in reporting to deceitful, deceptive manipulation of news,” the lawsuit reads.​

Yes she can't help the fact right this minute she has the granted power of the people to actually do something ? Anything? Especially now that she is in the spotlight , and she still can't do anything with the power she is in possession of .
So she must have her hand held and her teleprompter always close by , and even that is not enough.
All because her "values have not changed" at all , wink, wink and she will do absolutely nothing until she is free to stick it to Garbage half of the nation.

Actually it's a no. I might not agree with it in any way, shape , or form, but I do support a person to live their life as he or she sees fit.

It's clearly an aspect of the pursuit of happiness for individuals.

I have the caveat that you don't harm anyone. In this regard MAGA has spread lies (with Vance admitting he made stuff up) that have caused harm in places like Springfield by acting on these lies.

Don't you think CBS should have let you taste her word salad so you can see how she would interact with other world leaders.
If they did it once - how many times they didn't get caught?
Maybe Kamala can only speak in "salad language"! All confused, unintelligible, jumble of words and phrases!
At least the truth may surface via this proceeding. There should be witnesses testifying under oath. And at the least - it will stop others from doing the same for awhile!

So, which law(s) did CBS supposedly violate? And, btw, a synonym for "word salad" is "Trump".

Are you a lawyer? If not then let the lawyers do their job.
When you need a license to operate something or in this case - broadcast something - you have to follow certain guidelines. The license from the FCC comes with terms and conditions. You are given a manual and guidelines and if you don't abide by those certain rules and regulations then the license can be revoked. For example: you have to act in accordance with the copyright Act, you have to refrain from using foul language over the air etc.
If the intention is proven that they switched the answers of this candidate to protect exposing her incompetence then it is wrong and by default - it is interfering with the election because people need to see what Kamala is really made of. They need to know what they are voting for!
CBS should not be allowed to do this.

If you are okay with this - then there is something really wrong with you. You should not indorse this sort of behavior. This is why the media has became the way they are. You cannot trust these medias for any true information. It has just became a propaganda machine.
When a nation do not have a fair and impartial media - it's backbone is broken!

The least they should get - is a fine or their license should be revoked.
If nothing happens - then shame on them and shame on their viewers. At least they are exposed!

There is no evidence that CBS did this. Trump went ape**** over a minor edit. The man is sadly a clown.
