Are you a lawyer? If not then let the lawyers do their job.
When you need a license to operate something or in this case - broadcast something - you have to follow certain guidelines. The license from the FCC comes with terms and conditions. You are given a manual and guidelines and if you don't abide by those certain rules and regulations then the license can be revoked. For example: you have to act in accordance with the copyright Act, you have to refrain from using foul language over the air etc.
If the intention is proven that they switched the answers of this candidate to protect exposing her incompetence then it is wrong and by default - it is interfering with the election because people need to see what Kamala is really made of. They need to know what they are voting for!
CBS should not be allowed to do this.

If you are okay with this - then there is something really wrong with you. You should not indorse this sort of behavior. This is why the media has became the way they are. You cannot trust these medias for any true information. It has just became a propaganda machine.
When a nation do not have a fair and impartial media - it's backbone is broken!

The least they should get - is a fine or their license should be revoked.
If nothing happens - then shame on them and shame on their viewers. At least they are exposed!

Think back to the election and how many MAGAs made it clear they haven't paid attention to any previois election during their life with their belief that the "media" (its the news people, that isn't the whole and sum of what media is) was determining the winner despite the fact the news did nothing it hasn't done for about a couple centuries now.

I agree Trump's method of delivering his message is different and he is always at the front of the mic and I regret that aspect of him because he makes too many ambiguous statements and thus he makes it easy to be misinterpreted by the left wing media and his enemies during his campaign as well as - during his presidency BUT he does want to go down as a president who is famous for the right reason and who primarily did fight for the right things for the country and I am confident he will try his very best and eventually indeed do many right things. Right things he wants to do - may not seem right to some 'woke' inspired folks but overall good for the country. There is no perfect solution to many problem America faces. There would always be some -who may feel they were ignored and left out or worse.

Bottom line is - If you stand for everything and anything - you basically stand for nothing! Because you are not standing for the ones who think differently!

Trump certainly does not want to go down as a failure like Biden. I am certain of that! He will try 100 times harder than Biden to stop the (long term) killings of innocent folks around the world. One have to try to solve the conflict. I saw nothing from Biden! There is nothing called 'bystander' when it comes to people with position of 'influence and means' to not try to intervene!

If Trump wins - the left wing media will be on his trail like hound dogs and make it very hard for him to succeed at times. But I am confident - he will prevail.

China is patiently waiting to dominate the world - they have to wait another four years before they can try again! That is my prediction! I understand - you won't agree and you may say - "wishful thinking"! I hope you are wrong! Let us wait for the future to unfold.

XI (if around) would be 71+4=75 years old
Modi (if around) would be 74+4=78 years old
So, I am hopeful if Trump wins - he can handover the torch to someone who can handle whoever is running those countries. At the moment - Kamala is not the one who can handle any of the current leaders out there or even handle the 'establishment! It would be naive to think she is ready to handle.

Well it turns out that Texas has an anti-SLAPP law and Trump will have to pay the CBS attorneys for their time responding to this claim. No doubt CBS has very expensive lawyers and they will not hesitate to spend as much time as it takes to teach the criminal candidate a lesson. The lawsuit is frivolous and groundless, and standing alone is a huge question according to legal experts.

At some point I have to wonder if Trump's lawyers are really this naive and stupid, or are just going through the motions for Trump because he is a huge meal ticket for them. I'm going to say the second because even me with my limited experience with the law can see the complaint is poorly written and has flaws.

The lawyers started demanding payment upfront from him. LOL. And as I understand it most of the money is being paid out by the campaign, and I'm sure those managers are interested in keeping the laywers paid up. It's not as if the money is coming from Trump's pocket. He's grifting conservatives. After tomorrow the cash flow will dry up fast, so it will be a big question how much money is left over. No doubt if he loses he will need to pay lawyers to file bogus lawsuits in any state where he thinks he can stall the vote counting and certification. And if he loses the criminal trials will resume. Where's the money going to come from? He can sell his stock in Trump Social but I suspect the price is going to tank if he loses.

That stock has been extremely volatile recently. An article from yesterday is already out of date. It had dropped from about $36 share to almost $28 a share in just two days and dipped below that this morning. But now it is back up to $36. If it varies that much in just a few days when people are unsure of Trump's fate it will certainly tank if he loses:

An unedited tape may have some innocent bloopers where the candidate would face the camera and begin taping again after they innocently took a break or stopped due to simple technical glitch. But time stamp will match even if they cut here and there!

But a fraudulence version would be where you can clearly see the time stamp when the question was asked - is different than the time stamp of when the answer was given. For example the question was asked at 5 minute mark and there are other answers and then an answer from 17 minute mark was edited into 5:14 minute mark and right after the the question. It is very easy to show discrepancy if any.

If altered time stamp is found in its digital format then that would not be an example of simple editing. This wasn't a movie - they were shooting. An interview should be authentic.
