It's called being presumed innocent until proven guilty, and in this case it's something from over two or three decades ago whose "facts" are based completely on they said/they said.
- if you went to a party where you personally witnessed people being drugged and gang raped why would you not call the police?
-if you know that drugging and raping is going on at certain parties, why would you and your friends continue to go to those parties ten or more times?
- the timing of the accusations are suspicious as they are politically convenient.
