Trump Wages War Of Oppression Against Gays

We'll see if this actually extends past sabre rattling at Iran to the actual global efforts of people who aren't Trump's rivals, such as SA and Russia, or even Chechnya. Or in his own house like Pence or William Barr who are itching to roll back LGBT rights. I also don't have much faith in Grenell himself, given his diplomacy record so far where he mostly takes pot shots at Germany's affiliation, even normal diplomatic ones, with Iran.

It's a nice gesture, but I'm not convinced it's anything but that yet. And even then with considerable ulterior motives.

This is not true.

Read my posts above? Attacks on corporations and churches that
don't support them? Demanding the removal of books from schools
and libraries? Demand their ideology be taught in schools?
You okay with polygamy? If not then you will be because its about to
become the next hot-button issue.

Yes, sad isn't it?
I wonder who's going to have tomorrow's children when we
have a generation of homosexuals, lesbians and trans?
What we will continue doing is ensuring those poor brown
immigrants bear kids for us.
I'm sure that because gays aren't sterile and in-vitro and donor sperm is a thing, we'll all be fine. But I tell you one thing, it will be so nice when this thought process has died back with other out dated and hateful super-traditionalist thinking.

So you okay with polygamists and pederasts?
Because today's liberals, who hate traditionalists, say they oppose
a man having multiple wives or a man marrying a pubescent girl.
But tomorrow they will embrace the "right" of anyone to have
multiple partners (might even call you 'racist' because other cultures
have polygamy) and the 'right' of young people to chose for themselves.
So if you don't shift in your opinions on these two issues you yourself
are going to be a 'super-traditionalist' and you will be shut down.

Oops....that should be "Against" instead of "Of".

Trump administration launches global effort to end criminalization of homosexuality
BERLIN — The Trump administration is launching a global campaign to end the criminalization of homosexuality in dozens of nations where it's still illegal to be gay, U.S. officials tell NBC News, a bid aimed in part at denouncing Iran over its human rights record.

U.S. Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell, the highest-profile openly gay person in the Trump administration, is leading the effort, which kicks off Tuesday evening in Berlin. The U.S. embassy is flying in LGBT activists from across Europe for a strategy dinner to plan to push for decriminalization in places that still outlaw homosexuality — mostly concentrated in the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean.

“It is concerning that, in the 21st century, some 70 countries continue to have laws that criminalize LGBTI status or conduct,” said a U.S. official involved in organizing the event.

This is good... But I say it with hesitation. He hasn't been consistent concerning the LGBT community.

So isn't the transgender ban still ongoing in the military?

Frankly, I'm confused...

Some folks think there are too many people in the world anyway. Maybe this is God's way of limiting the population.

Polygamy I'm a-ok with, so long as everyone in the relationship is consenting/able to consent and the tax law can accurately account for plural marriages.
Pederasty or any kind of child molestation, no, because there's actual, tangible harms done by taking advantage of people who cannot give informed consent.
The 'slippery slope' fallacy from LGBT to non-consensual relationships is boring, tired, and outdated.

I was just reading your posts and wondering about your sources for your wild claims. But, what the heck, you are entitled to your opinions. At least until you start attacking Liberals.

I'm a liberal and I don't oppose marriages with more than two persons. Why would I?

However, I do oppose Bible-based homophobia. I do oppose Bible-based homophobes. I oppose all manner of thought that is based on ignorance.

I wonder if this is coming from Grenell or from the "Trump administration".

From the linked article:
The push to end laws that outlaw homosexuality abroad also stands in contrast to the Trump administration’s mixed record on gay rights at home.

As a candidate, Trump was ambiguous about his position on many gay rights issues,
...
Trump, after being elected, also said he was “fine” with same-sex marriage. But since he took office, his administration has scaled back some workplace protections for gay people and has argued in court that a federal anti-discrimination law doesn’t protect gay employees. He has also announced a ban on transgender people serving openly in the U.S. military, which the Supreme Court last month said could be implemented even as lower-court challenges play out.
If it's from Trump to wrist-slap Iran, he's probably already told Mohammed bin Salman to ;) ignore it ;).
