Obviously it is still perfectly legal to run for office. I see no disqualification here so I don't give two rat's ****s about his personal affairs. It's none of anyone's business actually.

I do care about his ability to run said office and his personal life is none of my or others concern as long as it dosent interfere with the ability to carry out one's duties.

Trump is a criminal. His first priority is going to be the destroy the department of justice so it can't hold him and his criminal friends accountable. Then he can fill all the government agencies and the judiciary with fellow incompetents and criminals. He isn't going to drain the swamp, he IS THE SWAMP.

Hunter Biden was pardoned for a felony gun crime, tax fraud that he plead guilty to, and pardoned for any federal crime he may have committed in the last ten years, spare us the sanctimony.
