Trumps is thinking about firing Rod Rosenstien

After all has been said and done I'm surprised the word impeachment has even brought up but yes there's a threat to impeach if he fires Mueller. No your wrong you need to get updated on the news. They just passed a bill to protect Mueller so now its against the law to fired him. They the house has told him if he fires him hes breaking the law because it would mean that he is guilty and is firing him to keep him from finding the truth or in other words its obstruction. They did tell him they would impeach for obstruction. Its against the law sorry. If he were able too he would have already hes not allowed to no. Theres a bill being passed saying he cant.

According to experts not people posting on the internet, he can't. He can fire Rosenstien and put someone in his place who will do the deed, but not directly legally.

I suspect he will and some Republicans will cluck a bit unhappily and do nothing.

This is totally why we absolutely need a blue tsunami this November to rescue America from the forces of darkness that control it now.

Rosenstien is different what exactly does he due? But to fire mueller is obstruction,. What and how would it help him to fire Resenstien anyways?

Okay read up on Rosenstien and Trumps ability to fire Mueller. Rosenstien is the deputy Attorney General involved in the raid. Only Rosenstien can fire Mueller. But Trump can but it would start a fight legal fight possible impeachment so he wont.

But if he fires Rosenstien he could hire someone who is more likely to fire Mueller so there youd have firing of Mueller. My thinking is if he does that it could still be considered obstruction but well see if he fire Rosenstien.

Officially I read more too. The guy who warned Trump was a lawyer who was pro Trump with him on the campaign trail I forgot the name. Tuesday night he had dinner with him not sure if it was last night or Tuesday before but he told him don't fire Mueller, you'll either be looking at Impeachment or a serious legal battle.

Nope. POTUS can veto any bill by the fact of the position and it's authority. Also POTUS could claim Congress overreach by limiting the power of the POTUS via legislation rather than convention or constitutional modification. A case of obstruction can be made in court but it is no defacto obstruction merely because people claim it is.

Well the Lawyer who warned him against firing Mueller is one who was on his campaign team. Don't you think hed be fired by now if Trump could? Forget the bill firing him is obstruction.He wouldve fired him already if he wanted too anyways.
