I reject all of those accusations out of hand, because he was a self made billionaire so money was not his motivation for running for the office. He has more money than he knows what to do with.

So he claims. But, without those tax forms, we don't know that. In all likelihood he is in severe financial trouble and was trying to use the presidency to avoid his own problems.

Why didn't the media giants ever tell the public that the man gave every dime of his salary as president to charity organisations. No other president has ever done that so he is the best and most decent and honest president of all time.

I haven't invested much time in studying the Spanish revolution, but I think it's safe to say that Franco never had the support of all Spaniards so he wasn't running the country as a sovereign ruler. He has to waste vast resources to defend himself and his supporters from the socialists who were hell bent on killing him.

Hitler and Mussolini had to deal with the same enemy within as Franco, so none of them gained control nor did they ever get to implement their policies so we will never know what could have been if they succeeded .

Oh, they implemented their policies all right. Their policies were to kill anyone who disagreed with them.

In *any* political system you will have people in opposition. The question is whether you have a free society where this is allowed, even encouraged, or whether you have a repressive system where opposition is suppressed. Fascists took the suppression route. So did the communists. Both were evil.
