Turkey Refuses To Give US Permission to Use Air Bases To Attack ISIS

One must remember that the relationship between the Kurdish people and Turkey is somewhat contentious. In addition, Turkey's main objective is to remove Assad from power and they are willing to use any force that will achieve that goal. Basically Turkey is telling the US that if the US wants ISIS/ISIL defeated then we are going to have to step up and commit all of our military resources to defeating ISIS/ISIL and Assad. Turkey could care less what happens in Iraq their only concern is with Syria, at the present time. Of course that is only my read of the situation as it stands now.

The Turkish government is speaking out of both sides of its mouth at the same time, and we need to recognize that it must be mostly left up to them and the other countries there to mainly deal with these terrorist groups. As long as Uncle Sam keeps bailing them out with our troops carrying most of the load, they'll just let us do just that. They must be put in a position of feeling the threat to them and that they have to commit themselves or they will have to pay the price.

Yeah the White House Benghazi, Bergdahl mouthpiece stepped in it again. Susan Rice again is giving out false information. Turkey has not given the US permission to use it's air bases.

Turkey is the subserviant of USA and a member of NATO. Thus, Erdogan never disobeys his masters. However, this is not approved by the nation. Because people know, from Iraq experience, that, invasions cause more harm. And Turkish nation does not want to be used again. However, with the late visits between American and Turkish officials, they agreed that CIA and MIT (Turkish intelligence service) train and arm "moderate" "rebels" in Turkey and send them to fight Syria. So, their main goal is not that terrorism ends. It is that it continues, till Syria is destroyed. But, these invaders-traitors will fail in this.
