Twitter suspends alt-right accounts

In a cursory perusal of the internet, it appears that Twitter only opposes abusive & threatening speech if it's perceived as conservative. Death threats for Trump, & abuse of his voters are still acceptable? The left is not looking very reasonable.

I was afraid of that.

When are they scheduled to suspend alt-left Communist accounts?

Remember, Communism is still against U.S. Law: https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/STATUTE-68/pdf/STATUTE-68-Pg775.pdf

The law was so badly written that a local case in New York went to the Supreme court who effectively over ruled the decision. The communist party USA is legal by a technicality as the communist control act was not enforced but never judged on its constitutionality.

However, states have laws prohibiting communists from standing for public office, working in state governments due to loyalty oaths, taking up educational positions, or denying them access to welfare.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...-oaths-persist-despite-court-rulings/1940865/

This is true even in liberal california where governer arnie schwarzenegger veoted a bill to overturn loyalty oath laws in the state.

Sorry if thats alot of sources, but the reporting on this is very patchy (as no one cares really).

Do we have any instances/evidence that supports the idea that death threats against Trump and his supporters have been given a pass?

I hate loyalty oaths.
I refused to pledge allegiance to the flag.
A flag?
I support the Constitution....not the flag.

I don't.
It's why I qualified my perusal as cursory.
I was hoping a smarter, more dedicated, poster would do the research for a better understanding for me?

Btw, the job is still open if you want it.

No worries! If you happen to find any in your browsing, I would be interested in seeing/reading about it. I don't like hypocrisy in any direction.

Dang it! We are agreeing again... those overalls make you look fat!
Got em!

Well, it's not something that's exclusive to the left by any means, but it certainly does nothing to help diminish the extremely anti-freedom of expression reputation that's been building for the last couple of years.

The Amazing Atheist did a video on twitter comments by upset Hillary supporters. You can go watch it on YT. The comments he reviews include a lot of this.

Hahaha an already dying company suspends millions of its membership.

Twitter's gonna take itself down lmfao it obviously doesn't take the alt-right to do that.

Yeah, basically in the day Twitter market itself as a free speech platform. They've basically assured their death.
