A group of people have been arrested by Capitol police for unauthorized entrance to a Congressional office building of the U.S. Capitol. The group were in the building after hours. Earlier in the day they attempted to enter a Capitol building but were told to leave. The individuals were arrested for illegal entry.

The individuals have been identified as associates of the Late Night with Steven Colbert television program.

At this time, it apparently looks true, but they were not there looking for Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi. And they didn't break in. It seems some congressmen let them in.

These invaders were released the next day. The January 6th accused are still being held without bail.

Depends on their intent upon entry. Which I am not qualified to answer upon. That's the lawyers and police's jobs. As there isn't evidence of these people chanting "hang Trump, or let murder Pelosi, or Pence" so yeah, we'll see.

Edited: they also didn't push through police barricades or assault any cops as far as I can tell.

Responding officers observed seven individuals, unescorted and without Congressional ID, in a sixth-floor hallway. The building was closed to visitors, and these individuals were determined to be a part of a group that had been directed by the USCP to leave the building earlier in the day," the statement says. "They were charged with Unlawful Entry. This is an active criminal investigation, and may result in additional criminal charges after consultation with the U.S. Attorney."
