What lesser creatures were also commenting on is not my concern. What does concern me is seriously suggesting Democrats to stage a riot in an effort to sabotage the peaceful transfer of power. The bottom line is this: count me out; I'm better than this.
That's why the Dems lost. They thought they were better than Trump and didn't need to use the new rules Trump made for himself to win. And, because it worked so fine, Trump will make more new rules, which he thinks will only apply to him - because Dems won't use them.
The jury's still out, but as it stands, inciting an insurrection is A-OK.
Acting on it is not - as of now, but that is going to change if the rioters get a pardon.
Of course, my suggestion to stage a riot was hyperbole, but it was to show how far Trump and his supporters have deviated from the laws and rules without getting corrected by the judiciary or the voters. The rules have changed.
The US was the most criminal country in the world even before Trump, but now it has become a majority criminal country. When given the choice between a crook and a cop, they choose the crook. That is the current reality. You have to adapt or go extinct.
