Vaccinated teachers and students don’t need masks, CDC says

Well to be fair, the West also has a lot of old folks who don’t know how or won’t bother with smart phones
Oh, definitely, but America is still lacking in both affordable internet and high speed internet. Seriously, lots of the country still only has dialup as a viable option for internet. Unless they're able to get on a government subsidized phone (more properly called a Reaganphone than an Obamaphone) with data to use the phone as a wifi hotspot.
Here in America you basically want to be either really poor or really rich, because everything else in between is "deadman's land" bearing the brunt of the poor needing assistance and the ultra wealthy ducking out of paying their fair share.

It's one of the more positive reasons not to overplay the side effects too much.

Education on this might help when it's not the vaccine but your own immune system playing war games inside the body.

Nothing bad, just combat maneuvers. *grin*
I suppose so.
I mean all medicine comes with side affects, even surgery right?

Some states are not yet even into 2000. We tell ourselves this is 2021, and it looks modern, but, yup, we still have dial up. Sell tickets to your friends to come see the freak show!

Hardly. There's absolutely no reason whatsoever that vaccinated people have to fear anyone without a mask save for others who don't get it for one reason or other. Some just don't want to take it untill all side effects are known. It's their body, their choice.

It's overkill.
Unvaccinated people (who lack immunity) are more likely
to be carriers with a high viral load. And because immunity
isn't perfect, un-vaxers pose a threat, albeit smaller to
vaccinated people.
It's their body & their choice. But it's our choice (as business
owners & employers) to require masks &/or vaccination if
they want to interact with us.

BTW, Covid has side effects too. Death is a common one.
