Almond milk is wonderful in creamed dishes.
I find we get used to whichever milk we choose to drink, but at first they all taste a bit gross. I'm used to rice milk, when I tried almond milk I didn't like it at all, but that's just me. It took a few weeks for me to warm up to rice milk too. If you persist it will start to taste nice.
My nephew is very fond of almond milk in porridge. And he also eats a lot of bacon. hehehe

Banana milk is pretty tasty. Water, ice, bananas, and a blender. Add cinnamon or cardamon.
I love soy milk, but think that almond milk is weird. Haven't tried rice milk yet.
Oat milk? Sure it's not goat milk? Seriously, just what aren't they turning into 'milk'? Soon we'll hace cauliflower milk.
