I recently saw an interview with Trump, wherein
he stated that he never seeks God's forgiveness.
Some Christian, eh. Yet fundies fete him as a
savior sent by God.

Neither was a
soldier fighting in combat. Both freely chose to
enlist. Neither was injured in combat. And both
are using their military service for political gain.

They did their jobs honorably. They got paid for it.
This is so for equally valued workers, eg, roofers,
fishermen, farmers, arborists (all among the most
dangerous jobs). Good enuf for me.

Thirty two years ago I was a total drunk, hitting bottom, unemployable and nearly homeless. I finally landed in AA and have been sober for over three decades. And I'm supposed to think less of ANYONE because they got a DUI way back when I was just crawling out of the gutter myself?
