What food do you eat that seems weird to other people? Im eating fish eggs. In this case, fried eggs from a crappie we caught.
I also love fried deer heart.

Now I'm curious but I don't like vinegar. Tempted to try it anyway
If you are not fond of vinegar you can mix some brown sugar with the balsamic vinegar (it must be balsamic vinegar) to make a dipping sauce for strawberries, apples, bananas, pears, etc.

Let's see...another surprisingly good combination: chunks of chicken seasoned and sauteed with dried cherries, salt & pepper, with some spinach or arugula thrown in at the end, served with pasta dressed with butter, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and lots of nutmeg, topped with some toasted pecans and parmesan cheese. (you can also splash the balsamic vinegar on at the table, just don't cook it with the chicken and cherries as the cherries will absorb all of the vinegar.)

Broccoli and pineapple pizza.

That doesn't sound half bad! Broccoli is by far my favorite pizza topping.

I ate a burger. With peanut butter on it. Cuz I saw someone else do that online and instantly was curious

If you liked that, there are a lot of West African stew recipes you might enjoy. Peanut butter is a really common ingredient in a lot of cooked dishes from that region.

I could never bring myself to eat cottage cheese. (Shudder)

That's how my husband felt, until I found a bunch of recipes that had it baked into it, one for cornmeal mush in particular. He still won't eat it raw, but does enjoy it cooked.

Ooo. I want to try. Staff at group home have cooking as one of my goals. I shall insist on staff having me make this
