Weird things you like to eat.

Okay, one weird food that I do like are various connective tissues well cooked as part of a stew or soup. A beef soup with the heck cooked out of gristly meat has far better flavor than one made with a sirloin steak. Osso buco!

A couple of specialities of perigourdian food are.

Foie gras, a paté of the liver of a goose or duck that has been fattened by a process of force-feeding.

And gizziers. Savory goose or duck gizzards.

My middle son's taken to eating mustard and lettuce sandwiches lately. Tonight he added pickles...

All you need is the hamburger.

You won't find many of those in a vegetarian household...

Though, there are some vegetarian options around here(along with other sandwich toppings), he seems to just prefer the lettuce, mustard, and now pickles.

I think he really likes mustard.

My youngest decided he wanted a chocolate syrup sandwich. That was... unique, too.

I am hankering a bit of natto. Japanese fermented soybeans. A bit pungent. Definitely slimy:

I once knew a guy who liked to put ketchup on vanilla ice cream.

(He also liked the smell of skunk.)

I like anchovies a lot. Maybe I mentioned this. I eat them as a snack right out of the can. I like em rolled with capers or flat.
