What are the most illogical U.S. laws you can think of?

I find it illogical that we can arrest a prostitute and upon realizing she/he is 17 treat him/her as a victim of the sex trade but if we arrest that same prostitute a day later when she/he is 18 we treat him/her as a criminal despite being a victim of sex trafficking at a disturbingly young age, such that prostitution is all he/she knows.
