Making Falafal and working on Hummus, just got my food processor in the mail.

If I could afford Lamb I would make doner kebabs. Yum, yum, yum, pork isn't a substitute but is equally good.

Mediterranean food is good.

A cook of my heart. I do overgrown zukes just like that and often vary ingrediants to suit my mood at the time.
I often make a zuke pizza, tomatoe sauce, pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, topped with cheese.

That sounds very good.It is fun to grow your own and add it to the masterpiece.

Used to make it but I can't really make it better than the best brands so I buy.
It's a great way to use overgrown zukes.

I literally have some in the fridge right now, all prepped,and ready to be heated up.I also have some salmon and noodles left over too.Now I know what I am eating for lunch.Lol..

Ps.I try to buy Paul Newman's brand of sauces since it all goes to charity.

Last night my daughter made me teriyaki tofu with rice, broccoli, and green beans. It was so good. She is turning out to be a great cook.
