I had rosti, which is a Swiss dish made of potatoes. It also had spring greens, parsnips and onions in it. Was served with a side of sesame spring greens (used 1/4 for the rosti and the rest as a side) and banana chutney (I didn't make it). Everything came from the farm we buy our organic veg from, as they started to make recipe boxes, which is awesome. Learn to cook new stuff and have everything in the box to make it. I've been loving it. Here's a photo:

In all honesty, I'd love it if you'd post your brisket recipe. I love brisket and have never made it very well.
